Manufacturing Technician-Night shift
Job Description
Second Shift: 6pm-6am
Week 1 6pm-6am: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (will get OT)
Week 2 6pm-6am: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Face must be clean shaved for the role

The Manufacturing Technician will support operational functions, provide technical guidance, assist with the implementation of improvements, and work on departmental projects to ensure department and corporate objectives are satisfied.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, reactor systems, industrial centrifuges and dryers, ion exchange columns, and DCS systems.
- Support problem-solving and performance management efforts to ensure workflow continuity within the department.
- Assist supervisors in maintaining workflow and resolving operational challenges.
- Train new personnel as needed, ensuring they adhere to established procedures.
- Maintain a high-quality work environment by sharing knowledge and motivating team members.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding potential or existing concerns.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication using SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access systems.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Associate or technical degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or chemical production environment preferred.
- Knowledge of product flow within manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with SAP and DCS systems is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
