Job Description
Sirius Staffing is currently seeking a Material Handler for a long term opportunity in Wyoming, IL. T Details below:
Requirements:
o High school diploma or GED
o Forklift certification
o At least 1 year of material handler experience
Responsibilities
• Material Handler
o Package finished materials for the operations groups at the Site. They will coordinate their daily schedule with Operations representatives to ensure the priorities are correctly addressed.
o The needs of operations will include packaging of materials and managing the delivery and movement of non-bulk items such as raw materials and waste drums.
o Package finished product in the operating areas. (Non-bulk drums and or bags)
o Manage packaging needs for the operating areas, i.e. deliveries and staging.
o Deliver and retrieve non- bulk raw materials and other items to and from the operating areas.
o Provide assistance within their capabilities to the shift groups
o Housekeeping of pack out rooms and staging areas after breakdown
o Hoist Raw Materials from the staging area
o Maintain daily inventory sheets and other counts
