Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Network Systems Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a critical enterprise network infrastructure environment in Lutz, FL.
This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role focused on maintaining, upgrading, securing, and modernizing enterprise Cisco network infrastructure supporting mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Cisco enterprise networking experience and be comfortable working on infrastructure modernization, network security, segmentation, and lifecycle upgrade projects.

- Cisco ACI, Network Segmentation & NAC Experience Preferred
- NERC Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and Pre-Employment Drug Screen Required
Job Overview
- Patch, upgrade, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support Cisco network environments, including Cisco Nexus and Cisco ACI.
- Implement and support Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure LAN, WAN, SDN, and wireless network infrastructure.
- Deploy and maintain network segmentation strategies and security policies.
- Perform vulnerability remediation and support secure network operations.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, wireless, and connectivity issues.
- Participate in infrastructure refreshes, hardware replacements, and lifecycle upgrade projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and implementation procedures.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to support enterprise network initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
- CCNP-level networking experience (CCNP certification preferred; equivalent experience will be considered).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Experience patching, upgrading, and supporting Cisco network equipment.
- Strong routing, switching, and break/fix troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with Cisco Nexus environments.
- Experience implementing Network Access Control (NAC) and network segmentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco ISE.
- Experience with Cisco ACI.
- SDN experience.
- SolarWinds, NetFlow, or similar network monitoring tools.
- Experience with F5 or NetScaler load balancers.
- Experience supporting utility, power generation, manufacturing, industrial, government, or other highly regulated environments.
Additional Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to successfully complete a NERC Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to work onsite four days per week in Lutz, FL.
