Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate – no interviews required; candidates will be onboarded upon clearance.

Job Overview:
We are urgently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for an Order Picker role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires walking up to 12 miles per day and standing for extended periods.
We are urgently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for an Order Picker role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires walking up to 12 miles per day and standing for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pull customer orders
- Ensure proper handling of items based on weight and specifications
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and order accuracy
- Adhere to all safety and warehouse protocols
Order Breakdown:
- 84% of orders are 5 lbs or less
- 7% of orders range from 5–10 lbs
- 9% of orders exceed 10 lbs
Requirements:
- Strong and steady work history
- Basic computer literacy
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical labor and extensive walking/standing
