Packaging/Forklift Operator
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking Packaging/Forklift Operators in the Blair, NE area. This role offers a full-time, long-term opportunity with a leading chemical manufacturer. As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations, including forklift operations, material handling, and packaging.

Schedule: 12-hour rotating day shifts 7a-7p, with 2 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off.
First week of training M-F 7:00-430
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have previous forklift experience (warehouse experience preferred)
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Basic computer skills
- Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow and understand all forklift safety requirements and pass site-specific certification
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to remove products from packaging lines.
- Accurately record pallet counts on production sheets.
- Store pallets in designated warehouse areas.
- Operate equipment to package products in totes and/or on pallets.
- Adjust and troubleshoot packaging machinery as needed.
- Identify and move damaged products to designated warehouse areas.
- Dump damaged bags into super sacks for reprocessing.
- Maintain daily safety, cleaning, and hygiene standards in the area
- Participate in quality-related activities and safety programs.
- Perform miscellaneous projects related to warehouse operations as needed.
