Job Title: Packaging Operator 3
? Location: St. Louis, MO
? Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Rotating 2-week schedule)
? Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Rotating 2-week schedule)
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
? Pay: $24 - $25/hr + 10% shift differential
? Hiring Process: 2 interviews (virtual & on-site)
? Start Date: ASAP (after background check clearance)

What You’ll Do:
You will be operating machines that package and label products instead of manually filling them.
✔️ Machine Operation: Set up and run different packaging machines, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and other automated equipment.
✔️ Forklift Operation: Move materials and products using a forklift (experience preferred).
✔️ Quality Control: Make sure everything is packaged correctly and follows safety and quality guidelines.
✔️ Process Improvements: Help find ways to make the packaging process better and more efficient.
✔️ Safety & Cleanliness: Keep your work area clean and report any safety hazards.
✔️ Training & Support: Assist new employees and share best practices with the team.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ 2-4 years of packaging experience (preferred but not required)
✅ Basic knowledge of chemicals (preferred but not required)
✅ Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
✅ Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Must be clean-shaven daily (for safety reasons)
