Location: Cleveland, OH 44125
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous warehouse or production experience who are committed to quality, safety, and working in a fast-paced environment. The Packaging Operator will be responsible for receiving materials, packaging, warehousing, and shipping finished products.

The Packaging Operator will be responsible for receiving materials, packaging, warehousing, and shipping finished products.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Previous warehouse or production experience required
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs unassisted and more with assistance
- Must pass post-offer visual acuity and hearing exams
- Must be clean-shaven to ensure proper respirator fit
- Comfortable with chemical handling and use of PPE
- Forklift operation required (training provided)
Preferred Experience:
- Chemical handling experience
- Previous lead or quality control experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect procured materials; label appropriately
- Portion and package chemicals per standard operating procedures
- Operate electric walk-behind tow motors and manual pallet jacks
- Accurately document all activities following GDP and ALCOA standards
- Perform SAP transactions and maintain accurate inventory
- Conduct sampling for quality control testing
- Clean and label finished product containers
- Palletize, box, and wrap finished goods for shipment
- Load pallets onto delivery vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in company-provided training
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and policies
- Demonstrate professional behavior and teamwork
Additional Details:
- Use of a respirator is required
- Exposure to chemicals requiring PPE
- Annual hearing and vision testing required
- Compliance with IPEC GMP/ISO9001/14001/45001 standards
- Standard physical exam required
