Job Opportunity: Packaging Operator
Location: Saint Louis, MO 63103
Pay Rate: $20/hr + 7% shift differential ($21.40/hr)
Shift: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM CST, Monday through Thursday

Looking for a rewarding opportunity where your skills can shine? Join us as a Packaging Operator in Saint Louis, MO! You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality chemical products are packaged and delivered efficiently while working in a safety-first environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Packaging Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Filling and Packaging
- Stage, fill, cap, label, and overpack liquid, powder, and lyophilized products.
- Operate semi-automated equipment for accurate and efficient packaging.
- Perform manual fills and use tools like pumps and filters for transferring materials.
- Safety and Compliance
- Follow all safety protocols and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Use, clean, and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and GMP standards.
- Equipment and Maintenance
- Set up, operate, and clean semi-automated filling and capping equipment.
- Perform routine cleaning of the workspace and maintain an audit-ready environment.
- Utilize tools like electronic balances, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Process Improvement
- Collaborate on process enhancements and participate in 6S activities.
- Support quality systems and ensure the safe handling of hazardous products.
What You’ll Need
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience:
- Preferred: At least 3 months of experience in chemical weighing, laboratory, or packaging.
- Knowledge of ISO/GMP-regulated environments is a plus.
- Skills:
- Basic math skills (including metric conversions).
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency.
