We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth processing of payments. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system.
- Issue payments to vendors and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Maintain and track purchase orders to ensure alignment with invoices and payments.
- Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable activities.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Sage 300CRE is a plus, but not required; training will be provided as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and accounting software is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
