Part time Data Entry Clerk
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into various computer systems and databases
- Perform general clerical duties including reporting, scanning, and filing
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Assist in maintaining organized and accurate records
- Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills required
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Entry Clerk preferred
