Payroll Administrator/HR Generalist
Job Description
- Payroll administration for the 2 locations. Verification of all pay data for payroll. Monitor and report any discrepancies in time reporting. Track overtime and submit monthly reports. General Ledger interface from ADP into SAP. Lead person in E-Time maintenance, rules, and regulations and ensure policies comply with any updates.
- Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Maintain employee database and hours through E-Time system (includes monitoring of daily punches, exceptions, corrections, work schedules, shift assignments, etc.)
- Assists in developing and maintaining affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Assist and administer benefits, open enrollment, new hire orientation, and policy review
- Create and distribute of various internal reports for divisional or company use. OT reports, sick and vacation balance reports, cost center reports, hours reports, etc.
- Identify payroll discrepancies, HRIS audits, and compliance reporting.
- Job requires a High School diploma/GED or equivalent. An associate degree in business or a similar discipline is desired.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in ADP WFN payroll, administrative, and accounts payable.
- Ability to prioritize work, excellent organizational skills, and initiative to improve processes.
- Requires the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users. Prefer a working knowledge of {enter company name} and its HR function, and other related areas.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and be able to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- The position requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, advanced planning
- ADP Workforce Now, Essential -Time.
- Must have knowledge of and/or the ability to learn a variety of computer software applications. SAP experience helpful.
