We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Category Management & Sourcing Analyst to support procurement and sourcing activities. This role assists with supplier analysis, sourcing events, reporting, and contract administration to help drive operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze spend data, supplier metrics, and market trends
- Prepare procurement reports and dashboards
- Assist with RFQs, RFPs, and bid packages
- Maintain contract records and process amendments
- Support supplier communications and compliance documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve data management and reporting
- Escalate complex issues to leadership as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- eSourcing tool experience preferred
- CPSM or CIPS certification (or working toward) preferred
Work Environment
- Office-based role with 4 days onsite and 1 remote
- Occasional overtime or weekend support may be required
