Product/Process Development Technician
Job Description
- Conduct process engineering studies and experiments in a lab setting, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to established protocols.
- Develop and maintain detailed development reports, manufacturing work instructions, product specification documents, and manufacturing production records.
- Work independently with minimal supervision after initial training on specific processes and protocols.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to prepare detailed reports and communicate findings effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with management, providing timely updates on progress and suggesting solutions to any issues encountered.
- Initially focus on lab work (approximately 80%), report writing (15%), and training (5%). As the project progresses towards production, the focus will shift to report writing and documentation (80%), lab work (15%), and training (5%).
- Proven experience in a lab environment, preferably within the medical device or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
