Production Operator-All Shifts
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is hiring Production & Assembly Specialists for a leading manufacturing facility in Whitsett, NC. This is a long-term opportunity with multiple shifts available.
The Production & Assembly Specialist is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow a career in electronics manufacturing.

| 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM |
| 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM |
| 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM |
Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and finished products while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
- Assemble server components including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.
- Operate manual and automated tools for assembly, fastening, and testing.
- Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Record production data accurately and report quality concerns or defects.
- Perform basic troubleshooting or test replication to identify defects when needed.
- Move materials using inventory tracking systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Comply with all quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with electronics or server hardware assembly is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production systems.
- Ability to safely lift and move production materials.
- Experience working in an ESD-controlled environment is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
- Manual dexterity to assemble small electronic components.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Required PPE includes an ESD smock, grounding strap/shoes, and hairnet.
- No artificial nails or other items that could contaminate products.
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
