Job Description

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire in Cedar Rapids, IA.  
  
Pay up to $135,000/ annually
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of proposals and estimates, delivering final proposals to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to assess project requirements.
  • Facilitate interactive planning sessions, create detailed work plans, and coordinate staff for project execution.
  • Balance client and company needs, manage expectations, and ensure positive outcomes.
  • Coordinate and document project meetings, ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and solution-focused team environment.
  • Oversee cross-disciplinary project teams to deliver completed packages within schedule and budget.
  • Ensure quality assurance procedures and SOPs are adhered to throughout project execution.
  • Provide regular project updates, including status reports, forecasts, and progress evaluations.
  • Identify and address scope, schedule, and budget deviations; communicate and manage change orders as needed.
  • Manage project closure, ensuring all deliverables and documentation are completed and handed over to the client.
  • Address client RFIs and provide timely responses to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience, preferably in engineering consulting and the renewable energy industry.
  • Proven ability to present to and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
