Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a one-year contract opportunity at a homeless health clinic in Chattanooga, TN. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic, including patient assessments, care coordination, health education, and clinical support for underserved and vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and comprehensive patient assessments.
• Perform patient triage, specimen collection, medication administration, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Coordinate patient care, provide health education, and assist with chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Connect patients with appropriate medical, behavioral health, and community resources.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience working with underserved, vulnerable, or high-risk populations preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) preferred.
