Remote High Volume Recruiter
Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a short-term opportunity with the potential for extension. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Greensboro/Whitsett, NC area to support local hiring events, job fairs, and occasional onsite recruiting activities.
Seeking a recruiter with high-volume Manufacturing expertise.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (EST)

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing, warehouse, skilled trades, and professional positions.
- Create compelling job postings and position descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Extend offers, negotiate employment terms, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent Sirius Staffing at local job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and employment regulations to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or professional roles.
- Must reside in the Greensboro/Whitsett, NC area.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of employment laws, interviewing techniques, and recruiting best practices.
