Sirius Staffing is seeking a Remote Senior Brand Design Consultant for a 6-month contract opportunity! Please contact us for more information!
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and build brand experiences that continue to evolve the company brand.
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, writers, and the cross-functional marketing team to produce a wide variety of collateral including landing pages, digital ads, videos, emails, presentations, and more.
  • Translate concepts, ideas, and content into impactful and engaging design executions. 
  • Interpret creative briefs and take the initiative to ask clarifying questions if needed. 
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards across color, font, production quality and more. 
  • Manage and prioritize the workload of multiple projects from concept to completion. 
  • Document our process to ensure brand consistency. 
  • Ensure projects are completed with a high degree of quality and delivered on schedule 
  • Respect standards but constantly push where new ideas will improve the design. 
 
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in brand design with an excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, photography usage, and other design principles. 
  • Experience with video production and editing. 
  • Experience developing designs for a variety of creative projects including promotional channels, both digital & non-digital. 
  • Highly skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • A real team player, the ability to work with others and keep transparency throughout the process. 
  • A solid portfolio with diverse projects. 
  • Experience working with Google Docs, Slack, and Asana‚ preferred. 
  • Experience working in an Agile Marketing environment.
