Job Description

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for an exciting contract opportunity in Little Rock, AR, supporting a specialty chemical manufacturing site. In this role, you'll provide critical process engineering support for production and operations, lead key deliverables for investment projects, and contribute to capital investment initiatives that drive operational success.

Rate: $50-70/hr BOE + Benefits offered, Holiday pay & PTO   

What you’ll need to succeed:  
  • BS in Chemical Engineering is required
  • 5+ years of experience in supporting production processes and process optimization; experience in process engineering and design is preferred
  • Proficiency in process simulation tools (Aspen Engineering Suite) preferred
  • Experience with capital investment projects is a plus
Key responsibilities: 
  • Develop and refine SOPs, work instructions, etc.
  • Provide ongoing process engineering support to production and operations teams
  • Prepare essential engineering deliverables for investment projects (e.g., PFDs, equipment specifications)
