Job Overview
The Shipping Associate supports Fulfillment Services operation by accurately packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The Shipping Associate supports Fulfillment Services operation by accurately packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and ship customer orders following CFS standards
- Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities
- Scan and process shipments using SSC, SAP, or other shipping systems
- Create shipping labels and maintain documentation
- Support inventory accuracy, freight audits, and shipping issue resolution
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Able to communicate in English
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with SSC or SAP preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
