Sr. HR Business Partner

Job Description
- Coach and collaborate with leadership to address business challenges.
- Advise managers on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
- Partner with employees, leadership, and management teams daily to foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing leadership and accountability.
- Manage activities related to performance and talent management, succession planning, staffing (including hiring, onboarding, and terminations), and organizational capability.
- Provide guidance and input on operational workforce planning.
- Enhance HR policies, processes, and practices with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure code of conduct compliance and conduct employee relations training.
- Lead defined projects related to engagement, cultural and organizational change, values and behaviors, and talent management processes.
- Work with corporate roles, manage direct reports, extend job offers, perform performance management, coaching, and handle employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant corporate HR experience.
- At least 10 years of HR generalist experience.
- Prior involvement in Union negotiations, arbitration, and handling grievances is required.
- Experience in HR and Employee Relations (ER) within a manufacturing environment.
- Prior corporate-level experience is necessary.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors HRIS and ADP payroll is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, building effective relationships in a multicultural setting.
- Knowledge of various human resources disciplines, including engagement, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, organizational design, workforce planning, career development and training, performance management, employee engagement, logistics, and job description creation.
