Talent Acquisition – Recruiter
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our manufacturing operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and the ability to identify candidates who align.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- HR experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing roles and skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
