Sirius Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level Test Engineer for a role in Whitsett, NC.
Pay: $23.10
Shift: 3:30p- 12a
Job Summary
This role supports manufacturing test operations in a production environment. The Test Engineer will work closely with engineering and production teams to support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of hardware and systems.

Responsibilities
- Support daily test operations to ensure products meet quality and performance standards
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues during testing
- Work with engineering teams to identify root causes of test failures
- Support test setup, configuration, and maintenance of test equipment
- Assist in maintaining test systems, including servers, code, and infrastructure
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) testing and product lifecycle activities
- Track and document test results, defects, and performance data
- Assist in improving test processes, efficiency, and product quality
- Support installation and calibration of functional and reliability test equipment
- Follow all quality, safety, and ESD handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical certification required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, electronics, or testing environments
- Basic understanding of hardware, electronics, or computer systems
- Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Basic computer skills for data entry and system interaction
- Ability to stand for long periods and safely handle components
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

- Manufacturing/production setting

- Fast-paced environment with production goals and deadlines
