Sirius Talent is seeking a Warehouse Janitorial Associate to support daily warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in an active warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the warehouse facility
- Empty trash and recycling throughout the warehouse
- Break down and dispose of cardboard and packaging materials
- Keep aisles, work areas, and dock spaces clear of debris
- Operate compactors and balers (training provided)
- Load dumpsters and assist with general facility upkeep
- Support a safe and organized work environment at all times
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (standing, walking, lifting)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Previous warehouse or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
Position Details
- Full-time schedule with consistent daytime hours
- Training provided on equipment (compactors and balers)
- Immediate need due to increased business demand
