Sirius Staffing is seeking a skilled Production Technician II to join the aseptic filling team within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This mid-level role involves working in a highly controlled GMP cleanroom setting, supporting aseptic fill operations, and demonstrating increasing technical expertise and leadership capabilities. 

Job Title: Production Technician II (Mid-Level) 

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm 

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 

Pay Rate: $27 – $30/hour 

Interview Process: Virtual or Onsite 

Key Responsibilities: 

• - Perform aseptic filling operations in accordance with batch records and SOPs 

• - Work in GMP cleanroom environments, including sanitization and equipment setup 

• - Verify calibration of equipment and ensure proper sanitization of materials 

• - Support component preparation, filling, capping, and packaging processes 

• - Operate and maintain fill suite equipment 

• - Follow manufacturing schedules and coordinate tasks to meet production goals 

• - Provide guidance and training to new team members 

• - Assist with floor leadership in the absence of supervisors 

• - Handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely 

• - Comply with all safety, GMP, and company policies 

Required Qualifications: 

• - High School Diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred) 

• - 3–5 years of experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment 

• - Mandatory: Experience with aseptic filling and isolator systems 

• - Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance standards 

• - Experience with equipment cleaning, preparation, and assembly 

• - Familiarity with stopper preparation, capping, and packaging processes preferred 

• - Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions 

• - Basic math skills for production documentation and calculations 

• - Proficiency in English (written and verbal) 

• - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred) 

Physical Requirements: 

• - Ability to work in cleanroom environments with required PPE 

• - Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) 

• - Must not have infectious diseases or open lesions (GMP compliance requirement)

• - Exposure to SIP100 

• - PPE will be provided
