Warehouse Associate
Job Description
- Walk to the third-party warehouse to record inbound products, purchase orders (POs), and batch numbers.
- Apply correct labels to previously received materials and complete the bill of ladings.
- Receive goods into SAP and print handling unit labels and product/batch number labels.
- Load, set up, and thread Zebra printer with label media.
- Physically count and record items at Ewing and Spruce locations.
- Perform SAP transactions to move materials from the third-party warehouse to the internal customer in SAP.
- Physically move materials with an electric pallet jack or manual pallet jack.
- Conduct SAP investigations and communicate the status of orders that cannot be fulfilled via email with customers and procurement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Related packaging, industrial, or scientific/laboratory experience or training desired.
- Desired typing speed of a minimum 50 words per minute.
- Ability to withstand extended periods of standing, sitting, and repetitive movements.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs. with lifting equipment may be required.
- May be required to wear safety shoes, vest, protective gloves, and safety glasses.
- Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
