Warehouse Clerk
Job Description
- Work in SAP to confirm production, receiving, and stocking of inventory (spare parts), inventory counts, entering of PO requests, and other needed SAP transactions.
- Various clerical and administrative tasks related to all site functions.
- Sort and stack boxes and put away parts.
- Put items away and get the stockroom in good condition.
- Receiving shipments and storing parts in the stockroom.
- Housekeeping duties
- Assist with Organizational Chart updating.
- Assist with New employee On-Boarding
- Responsible for assisting in the planning and implementing of HR activities (Employee Surveys, Benefit Open Enrollments, and other HR-related duties).
- Assist with inventory balances and organization.
- HS Diploma
- Previous administrative experience such as filing and updating records.
- Capable of working in a cold/hot environment with dust and loud noises.
