Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM- 12:00 AM; $21.17- $27.50
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily operations across both inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) functions. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory tracking, and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound shipments, including receiving and inspection
- Oversee outbound processes such as picking, packing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts
- Assign and monitor daily tasks for warehouse associates
- Track workflow and resolve operational issues as needed
- Communicate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, purchasing)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead or coordinate team activities
